So I pretty much found out from the RGB light on the stock AMD cooler that my desktop will go to sleep no matter what I do. I restart the computer for whatever reason and the setting for turn monitors off and sleep will reset to defaults. Along with changing from the AMD premade power plan to balanced or power saver.
I have all of the power saving options in my BIOS turned off. To what I'm aware of all of the motherboard software that has any options to save power is set to not save power and there isn't a service running on startup that changes the power settings. I wasn't able to find much of anything when I did a Google search besides this being a common problem for multiple versions of Windows.
