Description of problem

I have a 55" RCA Smart TV, model number DTV_SLD55A55RQ-2015.

As of today, the TV itself freezes up after about 30 seconds, and then shuts itself off after another 30 seconds.My DirecTV picture doesn't freeze up, or my PS4 if I'm using my PS4. Just the TV itself.

For example, when I first turn the TV on, I can go into the menu, and move around with the remote... after about 30 seconds, the menu freezes up, but whatever's on the TV will still play. After another 30 seconds, the TV shuts itself off.

What I've tried so far to resolve the issue

Unplugging the TV, and everything connected to it.

Going into the menu, and resetting the TV to factory settings. When I did this, the TV actually never turned off during initial setup. But as soon as initial setup was over, the TV froze and shut off like it did previously.
