I undervolted my I5-3570k by 120mv in the BIOS to decrees the temperature (on stock clocks) until I get proper air cooling, but I noticed after leaving the computer for a couple of minutes and it going into stand-by the voltage went back up to normal. Shouldn't the voltage stay the same if I set it like that in the BIOS?
