Description of problem

Okay so my Wraith Spire is RGB and on the software for AsRock B350, There are colors that don't even light up the right way. The only colors that show up no matter what color variation I chose, it'll be red, green, blue, or orange. That's it. I could go even pink and it'll be a shade of orange and it's frustrating that I paid to get this and it doesn't even do what it's said to do. Hope someone can help!
