New pc build. Fully powered but I'm not getting any display signals.

Hello there first time build. As title suggests I can power on but fail to get any display signal.
Specs Cpu:AMD 5 1600 Mobo: Asus X370 Pro Gpu: Sapphire HD 7850 PSU: Corsair CX 750M Memory: Ripjaw DDR4 2400 8Gx2 x2 HD: Seagate 2TB HDD
I have tried both the gpu and the mobo's ports to no avail. Please send any ideas you have.
