Large file (201MB) taking up space on Kindle PaperWhite

A 2 year old file (discovered by WinDirStat, please view screnshot here),
H:.Trashes\501\update-2547700002-ad396730-418d-431d-b3ff-7f44015745ed.bin.cpgz
is taking up 201MB on my Kindle PaperWhite. Initial google searching on what update / bin / cpgz files are on Kindle gave no relevant results. Is this something that can be removed to gain space, and if not, what purpose does it serve? Remember, the last change was 12/26/2014.
