This problem started with only my keyboard malfunctioning and now even my mouse is not working.

Specs:

I3 4130

R7 240

4gb single stick g.skill aegis

Western digital blue 500gb hard drive (sorry, but it was an quite old hard drive 8ish years ago salvaged from a prebuilt computer my father bought so I don't know much about its exact model)

PSU:local obscure brand (from Malaysia) 450w

Msi h81m-p33 mobo

Case: an obscure china brand (because it was cheap but good enough)

The mouse is another local brand that is reliable, durable and cheap Windows 10 home

They work fine in bios though, as soon as the win 10 logo appeared, the num, caps and scroll locks are unresponsive and stay turned on if you left it on in bios.

Before my mouse failed, I managed to find out that my mouse and keyboard has a code 10 and 19 error respectively from the device manager .I also tried troubleshooting device problems but it did not work and it said it was a driver error for my keyboard (I don't know about my mouse though as I'm locked out off since both my keyboard and mouse is not working)

If anybody could help it would be much appreciated thank you!

P.S otherkeyboard and mice also doesn't work but they do work on my laptop.
