Xi3 X7A Network Adapters Driver Issue on Windows 7

I have a X7A from Xi3 that I am at my wits end over. I have done a fresh install of Windows 7 (64 bit). The computer didn't have any of the Drivers and I went to reinstall, all but the network and video drivers successfully installed. So now screen in distorted and I can't connect to network/internet. I have tried to automatically update drivers to no success. I also have tried to manual do it and receive the error: "Window was unable to install your driver". I have downloaded the drivers from multiple sources with no different results. I have run out of ideas and need all the help I can get. Thanks in advance
