corsair k95 stopped working

Hi i did a windows 10 update and my corsair k95 keyboard was working fine before that and when the update was finished it seemed to just be non existent with in my system but i reconnected the device and it just makes the connecting notification i look in my device manger and it says " unknown usb device(device descriptor request failed)". It also says "HID keyboard" in the keyboards tab of my device manger i have tired the typical uninstall of the device and update the driver but nothing seems to work i would really appreciate ANY!! you can provide me.
