Boot problems after power outages

I came home today and my computer was off which I though oh great power went out, turned it back on and after I got past windows startup it crashed, no BSOD just black screens

went in tried to do auto repairs/ restore etc.. nothing. however safe mode works, then I enabled boot logging to see what was up however im not sure what to do from here any help appreciated

SPECS: Win 7 pro x64 i7 4790k (running at stock atm) 32gb corsair vengeance pro asus r9 290 asus Maximus 7 hero mobo Samsung 840 evo 250gb SSD 1tb Seagate HDD
