ASUS G20CB - Graphics card no longer connected

Post Body

I just moved my gaming computer over to my new apartment, hooked it up, played a few games on it, everything worked fine... later in the evening, I tried pulling up Fallout 4 to play and it automatically adjusted to Low quality, and it took me a few minutes to realize that it had stopped using my connected GTX 970 card in favor of using the integrated Intel graphics. I've tried a few troubleshooting steps to figure out what's going on, and here's what I know so far:

  • Nothing happened physically to the computer since it was moved, and it was moved with care from its former location to my new apartment - it worked fine after setup, but suddenly stopped
  • The graphics card no longer shows up normally under Device Manager - it's hidden and gives a Code 45 error (not attached)
  • I opened up the computer and unplugged/replugged the graphics card into the PCIe slot - no change
  • The BIOS is set to Auto for graphics - I'm hesitant to change it to force the external graphics because I don't want to mess anything up

It's running Windows 10, and I can grab the other specs if it's necessary.

Anyone have some ideas that might fix this issue? Does it sound like my graphics card fried itself, or is something stupid happening that's easy to fix?
