I think the title is misleading because I feel like I can't describe this correctly. Please ask for information if the one i provide isn't enough.
I think this is a Windows 10 problem.
For example, I always have Spotify and League of Legends minimized, and sometimes ( sometimes from 30 to 30 minutes, sometimes every 3 hours, it's not consistent ) when I'm not typing or moving my mouse, one of those apps randomly pop open without me doing anything. This usually happens when I'm reading an article or watching a video, where I don't touch the keyboard or the mouse, and a random running program just pops open, be it Spotify, LoL, Chrome or even my pictures/documents folder, or whatever I have opened that is minimized. There isn't even an opening animation, it just pops it out of nowhere. This is NOT an urgent problem, it's just sometimes annoying. This doesn't always happen, but when it does, it bothers me
Is this a known bug? I have googled this problem but no such thing happened to anyone I found.
