I just purchased an Acer Aspire E 17 E5-772G-52Q7 laptop and I'm trying to do a reset to remove the bloatware. I want to do it without using a usb or DVD, just using Windows 10 reset feature. I already tried doing a reset with cleaning the disk but the bloatware persisted. While doing the reset with cleaning drive I was prompted about removing something to do with encryption and authentication. I was worried it would remove my windows 10 authentication so I hit no to removing it. If I had hit yes would the bloatware have been removed?
