New GFX card was running fine untill I changed PSU
Post Body

Ok, so I'm fairly new to upgrading my rig. Having only done minor upgrades before. I bought a new MSI geforce 960 early this week and installed it without much trouble. It was working fine but my computer would just turn off after an hour of intensive gaming. I did my research and decided I need a better more current PSU. Today I bought a corsair's CX 600 and installed it with out much trouble.

Well, so I thought. Now everything seems to have power correctly, the fans on the Gfx card, the PSU and the CPU are all running. Sound comes from the hard drive. The DVD drive ejects. My monitor however remains blank. Does anyone have any suggestions. I have been trawling message boards for an answer but to no avail. I have tried with the motherboards onboard graphics too but nothing.

Here is my full set up.

Corsair's cx600

AMD athlon ii x4 processor

2x8gb Ram

MSI geforce 960

Wd 1tb hard drive

Windows 10

Turns out it must have been that wire. After taking it out and getting it down to bare bones we. Finally had image. I then started to put each piece back to find the offender but none. So it must have been the wire. Well I guess I'll live without a DVD drive for awhile no biggie. Massive thanks to all for their input and getting me to this stage. Brilliance.
