My Ethernet speed dropped from 160 mbps to 30 mbps.

Called Comcast did a bunch of tests on it turned it off and on again, tried a new Ethernet port/cord and even went and got a new modem but the problem remains. Any suggestions? I got my speeds from http://www.speedtest.net/ I have a Windows 10 desktop.
