Can't send emails to a certain address.

I'm getting error 550 "Access Denied" from my mother's email address when I try to send things to her. However if she sends anything to me or I send it from another gmail account it works just fine.
I'm running a PC, Dell Latitude E6530 and nothing toyed or changed around with. Problem also happens when using my phone (iPhone 6 running outlook)
