Primarily white horizontal lines on screen after blue screen.
Post Body

Earlier I had some music playing while doing some cleaning. When I went over to change the song, I moved the mouse to get rid of the screen saver and once it came back to life the entire monitor was pixelated for a few seconds before it blue screened. I restarted, and since then the entire screen is covered in these multicolored (primarily white) short little lines. I restarted, checked to make sure the video card and RAM were seated firmly, and tried reinstalling the graphics drivers, however the graphics drivers always fail to install. I would imagine it's a software issue, but, again, the graphics drivers always fail to install so I don't have any idea how to fix this.

Here's a screenshot of what it looks like: http://imgur.com/W2O6CeE

Edit: and a picture of the screen with my phone because i can't tell if it shows up at all in the screenshot: https://imgur.com/2kIIfpE

I have a two monitor setup, but my (usually) main monitor won't connect or something, so it defaults to the small, old shitty one.

And no, I don't have another graphics card to try.
