I can't delete the driver for my trackpad.

I have an HP Envy running Windows 10. When I first got the computer, it was running Windows 8. One of the first things I noticed was that the trackpad is, on a good day, about a 3/10. So I bought a mouse and I uninstalled the driver for the trackpad. When I updated to Windows 10, it was reinstalled. I've tried uninstalling it three times now, each time restarting the computer, and it has not helped. This would be okay if the trackpad didn't constantly jiggle the cursor and click randomly. It makes the computer very difficult to use. What can I do?
