Hey there guys I have a very high end machine in my opinion. 2 - 2 TB HDDs and 1 128 gb SSD (with windows on it), 8gbs of DDR3 1866 ram (soon to be 16), a r9 270x (soon to be a r9 290), and a AMD FX-8320 overclocked to 4.3 Ghz. So I don't think this is a hardware issue (I hope.)

Anyway the most annoying issue I have is that windows apps won't open! I mean at all. I try to open something like "PC Settings" or anything from the start screen and it does the change window animation but it just goes back to desktop. Thats ANY windows app that I try to use.

Secondly, I keep getting these random bits of audio ads playing in the background of either chrome, or just my computer in general. I've run every malware fighter under the sun and nothing has helped. I've uninstalled most of my extensions, and I can't find out wtf is going on. Its usually random, but sometimes when I don't touch the mouse for a while a whole ad plays instead of just a tiny bit.

My last problem is annoying as well. Windows is just slow. Like when I change a window it is either all white or all black for a good second or so before loading. Chrome sometimes freezes for a few seconds, and other windows do the same. Is this an issue with my SSD or my GFX?

Any help would be appreciated.
