Internet Speeds Differ on Different OS

This is something really weird that I cannot figure out. So I have a retina Mac Book Pro with OS X Yosemite and bootcamped Windows 8.1. On OS X when I go to speedtest.net I'm getting about 50 mbps whereas on Windows I am getting less than 10 mbps. This is all on the same machine and I cant seem to figure it out. If you guys know what is going on that would be greatly appreciated.
