So for around the past week I've had some weird stuff happening mainly when a .gif plays on Imgur. The problem is that when a gif is played when I fist go to the page it loads in a semi-color semi-black version and plays then after it has played through once it plays as it would normally in full color another thing is when I go to another site Called Silk if the mouse moves any faster than a snails pace it brings up pixleated black squares in the lower left hand side Silk glitch

I have tried 2 graphics cards and I run three monitors

Asus R9 290 Reference design XFX Radeon 7750 DD

I have removed all drivers and used guru 3D's DDU and tried with the appropriated drivers for each card.

With the 7750 it seems the .Gif thing doesnt happen but the Silk thing still happens same as the 290
