PATA/SATA Hard Drive adapter?

Hello everyone
I wanted to get some data off of a few of old hard drives I have- two are 2.5" SATA drives, and one is a 3.5 inch "ATA/IDE" drive which I think is now referred to as PATA. The 2.5" drives were more important, so I've got a dock that accepts 2.5" or 3.5" SATA drives.
I've found a million and one things like this on ebay, http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/PATA-IDE-To-SATA-Hard-Drive-Converter-Adapter-For-3-5-2-5-HDD-DVD-SMS-/231460704335?_trksid=p2141725.m3641.l6390 which convert between the two formats in the opposite way to that which is useful to me.
Is there any hope of a cheap converter going the other way? Any advice?
