ntoskrnl.exe BSOD Win 7

I've been having some pretty bad BSOD's lately, ive tried memtest on my new RAM, and checked my SSD Samsung Evo in Disk Management, both came back error free, im really at my wits end, hopefully someone can help me.
System specs are as follows.
Gigabyte Z97X-Gaming 5 ATX Motherboard Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5Ghz Processor Haswell Corsair 16GB DDR3 2133 Vengeance Pro Nvidia 970 GTX
