As the title says, my mouse cuts out frequently. Unless I keep it on the surface and move it gently, the mouse stops working, and begins to work again after about 5-10 seconds. I am able to click, scroll, etc whilst it has cut out, however I cannot move the cursor, leading me to believe it's the laser. There doesn't seem to be any hardware issues with it, and I take good care of it.

I bought it from a tech store, really nice workers in there, but I had to take my Raser Kraken back there a few months ago for a faulty mic. They replaced it willingly, which was kind of them but I don't feel comftable going back there again if it is a hardware issue. I've had this mouse for about 3 months. I'm very careful with it.

If it's something to do with the drivers, how can I re-install them?

I installed Razer Synapse today hoping it would fix the issue but it didn't.
