CPU temperature questions?

I have an Intel i7 4770K Haswell Socket 1150 CPU. I have been measuring my temperatures ever since I've gotten my PC put together. My highest recorded temperatures (CoreTemp) on Cores 0-3 are as follows: 61, 61, 61, 59 all in Celsius. Are these numbers too high? I don't usually see these numbers in the current readings (those range from 48-58 when I'm gaming). I'm slightly concerned and just curious as to if I need to upgrade fans or not?
