So i ran Malwarebytes the day before yesterday and now there are a few programs that can not access the internet. Space engineers and space engineers toolbox are the most concerning for me at the moment. when i try to run space engineers the game boots and runs just fine its just like it can not access the internet but when i run setoolbox i get this

I am unable to find this log anywhere.

I have checked my proxy settings and they are fine, both my firewall and antivirus are both turned off, ive tried removing and re-installing multiple times along with a few other things i cant remember right off the top of my head.

I attempted to do a system restore but i get an error saying my antivirus is blocking it with both my antivirus and firewall turned off.

I was on the phone with dell tech support for 3 hours yesterday trying to figure this out but the guy did not listen to me at all and quite bad at his job and just said to re-install windows.

Please help i really dont want to have to do a complete system wipe to fix this but its looking like i might have to.
