Can't Open Windows stuck on black screen saying No bootable device -- please insert boot disk and press any key

I've done everything. This is on mac trying to get windows 7 through bootcamp. I do not have a CD so I'm using a USB but it says no bootable drive still. I tried restarting my mac and taking my usb out and then back in but no luck. Any solutions??? Please help!!
