It was recently repaired and a new harddrive was put in. Hasnt been a week since my bro and I have beeb using it. Not mucg has been installed aside from LoL and Steam. A while ago I downloaded winrar and daemon tools. TERA has been downlading for days(not continuously, we shut the computer down too) but after freezing I deleted it.
So here is what happened. I was letting TERA download while I was watching some youtube vids. Suddenly it froze. No biggie yet since this had happened ever since we got it back and it would probably unfreeze after a few seconds. It didnt. I then restarted it and picked the "Start windows normally". It booted but whenever I opened hrome it would be very slow. The closest I can describe it is like when chrome crashes and the cursos becomes the blue circular loading thingy. I cant press anything else and then it just restarted automatically. I put it in safe mode but it got stuck on classpnp.sys. It restarted again on its own. When it finaly booted I shut it down for 5 mins then turned it back on. I deleted TERA and it seemed to be back to norml BUT my bro said it got freeze ups while he was playing LoL. After exiting LoL there were some messages that said systemdll(unsure, unable to get a good look) crashed and we clicked the button with the close program option. There were about 3 pf those close program windows. I think they wefe all similar except for one, which was for LoL. It restarted again and we put it in safe mode which finally booted. An error message popped up saying windows recovered from a ajor error. We turned it off after.
Where could the problem lie? We are not very good with xomputers and would apreciate help.
