Hi guys. I've recently been getting the "nVidia driver has stopped working and successfully recovered" error.

Specs for my laptop are: Windows 8.1 64-bit nVidia GT740M GPU, Intel HD4000 GPU, Intel i7-3630QM CPU@ 2.40GHz

This error has started in the last couple of days. So far I have rolled back to driver version 327.23 and followed this tutorial

It has primarily been affecting these games: ArmA 3, DayZ (mod and standalone), Borderlands 2, Space Engineers, Mass Effect 2, and Mercenaries 2. The error has also happened outside of games, with the screen flickering black and displaying the error message. In the "Adjust image settings with preview" option on the nVidia control panel, the colour is flickering randomly in certain areas.

Does anyone know of any fixes? This has become a fairly annoying problem
