Chrome developed an "Oops" on a page I frequently use.

It only fails to load one site - the one I work on the most. "Oops! Google Chrome could not find www.piddixlicensing.com"

Tried:

Eradicating all extensions

Uninstalling and re installing Chrome

Incognito Tab

Downloading and using Firefox - which has error message right out of the box - wont even open my gmail.

If this is a virus, can you please let me know which antivirus to use? I've read numerous opinions on reddit and am overwhelmed. thanks all - glad you are here.
