Tools for identifying best Wi-Fi channel?

Despite my wireless connection showing full signal strength, I seem to be having issues. YouTube is only streaming at the lowest quality and taking a long time to buffer. I'm beginning to suspect that I should try changing channels on the router (Windows detects 6 other routers nearby, I wouldn't be surprised if they were all on the same channel.)

What are some good tools for analyzing WiFi? I used to use inSSIDer, but was disappointed to find that it is no longer free and (if CNET reviews can be trusted) filled with malware. What do you guys use?

EDIT: Thanks for the replies. It looks like inSSIDer is still my best option on Windows. I found a download of an older version (3.0.7.48) here: http://www.metageek.net/support/metageek-software-archives/
