Toshiba L50-A013 Windows 8.1 Nvidia GT-740M, Intel HD-4000 Nvidia drivers are currently at 331.65 (331.82 is latest version, but gets the same error, tried rolling back to fix) I've done custom installations that were suggested last time, clean installation etc. I have run CCleaner multiple times, and restarted my laptop several times. The problem happens randomly, but in the last few days it has been occurring more often, yesterday I had 2 trouble free sessions on Borderlands 2, but when I tried to launch it again later that night my GPU started bugging out, textures were wrong and game was extremely laggy, the nvidia GPU is my default one for gaming, so it wasn't likely to be that.
