Trying to reinstall XP

Acer Aspire T310. Windows XP Professional SP2.
I'm trying to reinstall XP. When it loads the disc, I get to press any key to continue but my keyboard doesn't work. I googled it and found I need to turn on USB Legacy Mode or USB DOS. I can't find the option anywhere. Any help?
