So there are times when the solution to this was to simply restart the computer but now it's not working.

The thing is, when I press crtl P on word, the print window(or print messagebox?) won't appear. Nothing happens. Usually there would be a window after right?

When I try it on Notepad it shows that I need to add a printer and when I click that a messagebox shows saying " Windows can't open Add Printer. The local print spooler service is not running. Please restart the spooler or restart the machine."

I tried googling and came up with results like trying the cmd prompt and typing in something but apparently that only clears the queue. Any Solutions?

Printer is HP F2400 by the way
