Windows Update Broke My Resolution

Last night I was playing games on my PC, and during a game my screen wasn't displaying anything from my PC. I turned my PC on after work today and my resolution was too compressed. I wasn't able to change my resolution at all, and after looking at different settings, I updated Windows. When I got back into my desktop, I was able to change my resolution, however all of them were too compressed, and the one that wasn't is mostly fine, but taskbar and going full screen in apps has the borders go past the screen's borders.
