My PC keeps randomly booting off every few minutes

My PC keeps randomly blue screening a few minutes after startup with error codes such as kernel-mode-heap-corruption. Anyone have any knowledge as to what's going on and how to fix it. The best idea I have is avast antivirus, however it's a long shot. I'm running windows 11.
