All games hanged for at least 3-5 seconds, and also the cursor when trying to run a game, any game and then crashed. I couldn't enter the game for too long cause it would crashed instantly or would crashed after some minutes. The spike would go at 100% once the I closed the crashed game. Normal used won't lag my pc just when about to run a games.

This has been a week and I couldn't find any way to solve. I've even tried Roblox in low graphics mode in an emulator and it would go at least 1 hour before it would crashed and black out the monitor with the disconnected USB sound effect.

What I've tried:
- DDU
- Latest Nvidia and the driver (555.85) that I've been using for a while. I have a GTX 1650
- Updated BIOS
- Reseat ram or used one ram
- Clean out some dust
- Used 3 profiles in MSI Burner
- Used my second monitor in HDMI since I was using a display port for my main

This happened after the windows automatically updated my pc on that date, Dec 14.
