My laptop (Legion Pro 5 16IRX8) has gotten a search engine malware. I'm very new to computers and am not well versed in tech so any tips and reccommendations would be helpful. I already had one but the extension was disabled and I could not entirely remove it. I tried malware bytes and whenever I scanned, it never showed on its radar so I figured it was ok. The new one doesn't allow me to view images or any other type of subtab. The previous one was Magnaengine and the new one is Doktox. I am looking for the exact best (and preferrably easiest) free malware removal for this situation. Thank you.

Edit: I tried Malware Bytes AdwCleaner, quarantined and removed what it said to and its still there.
