Im 28 and geet on to game for the first time in a couple weeks and I could not get my microphone to be detected.

I have windows 11 - I have not moved my mic or adjusted any settings since I have gotten this and its always worked. Any time it wasnt working it would be because the audio switched or something of that nature. Basically I have never had an issue on a PC that I really couldnt solve myself through forums or other means but im at my whits end here. I have used all my basic amount of computer knowledge.

Pluged in mic to other devices (Xbox) and it worked just fine.

It can detect the audio basially through any of the audio options and ports in my PC but it cannot detctect the mic.

All audio ports are configured for "headphones".

Do I have to delete something and reinstall? Just need to be walked through this so I can try and game with my friends again. I can provide any screen shots or more inofrmation.
