Recently I was trying to use my desktop when I noticed that my internet had stopped working. After some digging on my computer it appears that some device PCI is not starting on startup. I have tried to include as much data and info for you to help understand this problem below. If you have any questions please let me know. I feel like I've tried everything in my knowledge
