Need Help With Being Locked Out Of My Laptop

Post Body

So the AC jack in my Dell Inspiron came loose and I had to replace it. The laptop was off for about a month before I was able to get around to installing the jack. I was successful in installing it but once I powered it up, my password was no longer accepted. I had definitely NOT changed my password. I submitted a password reset in my Microsoft account, changed it successfully yet THAT one wasn't accepted either. When I attempted a second password reset, I got a notification telling me the info I entered was incorrect despite me being absolutely positive it was. I started up in safe mode to restore everything to an earlier date and still, I'm locked out. Has anybody ever heard of this, or dealt with a similar situation? Any suggestions are welcome at this point.
