Some apps and websites don’t work well on wifi anymore

Hi, my relative did something with the wifi and now discord won’t work, it says “no route or checking route” when on video or voice calls and the person cannot hear me and see me, same with them. It’s happening with a few people over the last few days.

With this WePlay app it says not connected to server. It’s happening to my other relative too and we tried restarting the app many times.

I’m suspecting he did something with the IP address or something. Unplugging the Wi-Fi doesn’t do anything. What exactly happens so we can tell him?
