The "Package Power Time Window" option (in motherboard) that controls the time that will change from PL2 to PL1 does not work correctly.

The "Package Power Time Window" option that controls the time that will change from PL2 to PL1 does not work correctly, it is set to 56sec since that is what it comes by default, but for some reason when I launch a stress test like cinebench it takes around 2 seconds minutes to change from PL2 to PL1.
It is an I7-13700Kf with an Asus Z790-A Wifi. What could this be?
