Every Time I delete this video file it comes back

I have a video file on my true nas scale SMB share its the only file that does this its meant to be a video file but when opend I get a error and then i close it then when I try to delete it i refresh its back all of a sudden and then even worse I cant get rid of it with any other software and I try to replace it with a file of the same name and it says I need permissions to do this but if i do it with any of the other files it replaces it fine this is very weird
