camera not working

my camera on my laptop stopped working, I tried checking the settings in windows, uninstalling and checking hardware changes (which then goes back and installs what I uninstalled), and also installed the correct drivers from Lenovo's site to my serial number for realtek camera. Still didn't help and the camera still not working but the thing is it used to work at a certain point, so I don't understand why it's not working. If anyone can help I'll appreciate it
