This is an issue I’ve been having for about a year now. My pc works just fine normally and I can run most games at 60fps on the highest settings and my WiFi itself is mostly fine with only rare instances of lag. My only issue is that under the specific circumstance that I’m gaming while using a Bluetooth controller, my pc will regularly disconnect my Bluetooth devices. It only ever happens when I play with a Bluetooth controller as some games I play with keyboard and mouse and my headphones never get disconnected. It is seemingly random as well, where I’ll have days that it will only happen once or twice but recently it’s gotten worse as I’ve had instances where it’ll disconnect 3-5 times within 10 minutes and then be perfectly fine for a few hours and then do that all over again. The severity also varies as sometimes everything will reconnect within 10 seconds or so on its own and other times nothing will reconnect and I have to manually turn my Bluetooth on and off and then reconnect each device individually. I’ve updated my pc, I’ve updated my Bluetooth drivers as well as any other drivers I could find updates for and I’ve disabled the option to turn off devices for power saving on both my controller and headphones as well as all my controllers are updated themselves. I know it’s not controller specific because I have 3 controllers, 2 being from Xbox and one being from powerA and they all have this issue. This is my first pc and I bought it prebuilt off Amazon as I have no knowledge on how to build one. The only upgrades I’ve made to it is putting in 3 extra sticks of ram as it only came with one for a total of 32 GB of ram
About my PC: Intel Core i5-11400F 2.6GHz 6-Core | Intel B560 Chipset | 32GB DDR4 | 500GB PCI-E NVMe SSD
If anyone has any solutions or can at least point out the problem it would be much appreciated!
