fonts on windows appears pixelated and fuzzy

i have tried multiple ways which includes, Regedit, cleartext, uninstalling drivers and the issue still persists… it happened after installing the new windows update but even after reverting back, it remained..

the font only happens on the left side of my monitor.. which didnt happen previously.. is there any solution to this?

fonts appeared to be very pixelated and not complete(?) in a way like you ran out of ink in a pen when writing. its bugging me out so badly.. even in youtube and other platforms.. doesnt appear in games apparently, just desktop and file explorer apps..
