EMERGENCY HELP SGT online exam browser not working

hey guys im having trouble getting the SGT online exam browser to work on my computer. i install it and get rid of every other application im using on the computer and install it. the program installs but every time i try to use it my computer blinks in and out and wont open the login page. i have a test in about 2 hours and i need help getting this working. if you need any other information please comment below. i am running this on a windows computer.
