Got this from FB marketplace for twenty bucks. Seller told me it works intermittently, which I was hoping meant a bad cable. Unfortunately I found it did in fact have fuzzy lines across the screen. But after playing with it a bit and it had time to warm up, the top started coming in, then the rest of the screen. Is there any chance this is a connection issue or a cap and not the panel itself? The monitor works pretty well when it's warm, although I can't get it to work above 100hz. Not sure if that's a driver issue or my graphics card (1080) or the cable (long HDMI cable).
