Alright.. I cannot figure out the issue i've got..

Programs like Sony Vegas won't work without crashing every time I tried to preview the edited video and I can't stream videos outside of YouTube without atleast having to wait a good 10 minutes.. (even now i'm trying to stream a specific video that is just sitting at 1%..)

I can record videos just fine, play games just fine. My PC isn't a bad one for the most part either. It's definitely not old.

AND It Is not Windows 8, it did the same thing before I upgraded from Windows 7
